Return and Exchange

• All Hermosa products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Exception for wrongly received or damaged item(s) within 7 days (local orders) or 14 days (international orders ) after receiving the item(s).
• Valid for purchase(s) made on our official website.
• To be eligible for an exchange, returned item(s) must be unworn or unused, in its original condition and packaging. 
• Allow one-time exchange if eligible.
• We are not responsible for any duties, taxes incurred, or items lost during the returning process.
